The Gallery, Auditorium and the Micklethwait Room have integrated state of the art Audio Visual equipment.

The Gallery and Micklethwait Room also feature rear projection facilities. Portable AV units which feature large TFT flat screens can also be provided on request for use in conference rooms that do not have built in facilities. Flip charts, OHP's, portable screens and projectors are also available on request. There is wheelchair access throughout the conference centre, apart from the Gallery Room. Portable Induction loops are available in all rooms apart from the Pavilion.

Namtec supports telephone conferencing services in all of our rooms, where up to 7 external parties can be connected at the same time.

Internet access facilities are available from two internet kiosk pc's and through a wireless hotspot in the Meet and Greet area.

Catering is available to meet all tastes, ranging from working lunches to executive buffet lunches. Tea and Coffee is available in our breakout area and lunches can be served either in the conference rooms or in separate break out areas. All catering requests and final numbers of delegates attending must be confirmed no later than four full working days prior to your event.
